On April 21, 2023, at the A1 Conference Room, University of Law, Hue University, the Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between the University of Law, Hue University and the Judicial Publishing House, Ministry of Justice took place.

At the ceremony, on the side of the Judicial Publishing House, there were the attendance of Mr. Tran Manh Dat, Director and Editor-in-Chief; Mr. Dang Vinh Quang, Head of Planning - Production Department; On the side of the University of Law, there were the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Luong, Secretary of the Party Committee - Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duy Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Vice Rector and Heads and Deputy Heads of the University’s units.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Doan Duc Luong, Rector emphasized: University of Law and Judicial Publishing House are two units with a tradition of connecting and working for many years. Among the publishing hubs, Judicial Publishing House plays a crucial position. It is a reputable and reliable publishing house and is ranked at the top of legal publishing houses in Vietnam. Through the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Luong hopes that the two units will continue to have more long-term and effective cooperations.

Also at this ceremony, the parties exchanged contents related to cooperation in the field of publishing books, textbooks and documents for the teaching, research and learning activities at the University of Law. The cooperation program also aims to support the release of books, textbooks, documents and promote between the parties as well as exchange ideas on the publishing activities between the two sides in recent years.

The MOU signing also demonstrates the desire to strengthen and expand bilateral cooperation in the field of publishing for training and fostering at the University of Law, Hue University and for the purpose of establishing reference source for law training institutions throughout the country.
