On October 19, 2022, the University of Law, Hue University held the conference conference on 2021-2022 academic year review and 2022-2023 academic year implementing plan. The conference was honored to welcome the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Duc Luong, Secretary of the HUL’s Party Committee, Rector; Assoc. Dr. Nguyen Duy Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the HUL’s Party Committee, Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyen Hong Son, Chairman of the School Council; other comrades in the HUL’s Party Committee; President of the Trade Union, the Secretary of the Youth Union, President of the Veterans Association; Heads and deputy heads of affiliated units and all HUL’s employees.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Doan Duc Luong, on behalf of the University's leaders, delivered a speech and emphasized: The school’s Board of Management  highly appreciates the results achieved in the 2021-2022 academic year such as: the organizational stability and operational efficiency; great progress in research with many international seminars. In the coming time, with many opportunities and challenges due to the implementation of university autonomy, the University needs to fundamentally and comprehensively change its management thinking. The school should build the best management system from the Board of Management to the subordinate units. In particular, the school should focus on supporting and taking care of learners in a more professional and systematic nature, supporting the job search method for students. School officials and employees should be consultants on promoting the HUL's brand and image.

At the Conference, Assoc. Doan Duc Luong also reported on the review of the 2021-2022 academic year and launched the implementation of the 2022-2023 academic year mission plan in the following fields: Organization, management and human resource development; Training and training results; Scientific research and scientific research results; international cooperation and results of international cooperation; Financial and facilities management; Examination and of Educational Quality Assurance; Serving and supporting learners; Community Service - Jobs for graduates; Activities of Union and Youth Union

          Concluding the conference, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Doan Duc Luong sincerely acknowledges officials and employees’ comments as well as suggestions for the HUL’s development. He affirmed: in the past year, the University of Law, Hue University has achieved many encouraging results. In the 2022-2023 academic year, all officials and employees should continue to strive for higher achievements in all work areas, improve the brand and image of the University and successfully complete the set tasks.

The conference listened to comments on the draft task plan for the 2022-2023 academic year. Officials and employees’s opinions focused on stating and commenting on shortcomings and directions in various aspects of work, such as: “University autonomy; scientific and technological work, international cooperation and international publication; current situation assessment and solutions for the implementation of the goal of 60 doctorates by 2025”.
